World Athletics has released its schedule for the 2023 World Athletics Championships taking place in Budapest, Hungary from Aug. 19-27, 2023.

Athletes will be able to double in the 100m and 200m; 800m and 1500m; 1500m and 5000m; 5000m and 10,000m; women’s long jump and women’s triple jump; women’s 200m and 400m.

The World Championships have been shortened from a 10-day event to a nine-day event. All track and field finals will be contested in evening sessions.
