By bridge

July 7, 2017

Recently sat down to discuss the upcoming events for the 2017 Sir Walter Miler on Aug. 4. One of the highlights of the night will be the Citius Mag Presents the Raleigh Denim Mile.

Sandy Roberts, who recently ran 4:43 in denim miles, shares his tips on how to run a proper blue jeans mile.

Listen to the first episode of the Summer of Miles podcast:

  • Hop in there and act like you belong. Yes, you have some restrictions. Yes, it may be uncomfortable. The reality is that you want to ball out in jeans.
