The CITIUS CINEMA Podcast Returns

May 23, 2018

We’re happy to announce the return and revival of the CITIUS Cinema Podcast. It’s the show where we talk about running movies, running in movies, movies by runners and more.

We taped one episode earlier last fall and a few people have asked what ever happened to the show. We’re reviving the podcast with new hosts since our previous hosts were a little tied up with work in recent months.

The first episode took a deep dive into the 1998 Steve Prefontaine biopic “Without Limits”.

We decided to put the movie selection up to a vote and more than 160 people voted and selected McFarland, USA as the next film to be discussed on the CITIUS Cinema Podcast.

A little bit on McFarland, USA from IMDB:

“Jim White moves his family after losing his last job as a football coach. He sees that some of the students are worth starting a cross-country team and turns seven students with no hope into one of the best cross-country teams.”

It’s based on a true story and received 80% on Rotten Tomatoes.

How to watch:

The film is available to stream on: Youtube ($2.99); Amazon Video ($2.99); iTunes ($2.99); Vudu ($2.99) and Google Play ($2.99)

The show is available on iTunes so subscribe today! If you use Stitcher to get your podcast fix, you’re in luck because the show is on there as well.
