Applications For The Magic Boost Class of 2024 Now Open

By Citius Mag Staff

December 1, 2023

The Magic Boost — an experiential training program for up-and-coming storytellers in track and field — is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its Class of 2024.

This class will have its program kickoff and capstone at the Millrose Games in New York City and the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, respectively. Applications can be submitted here.

The Magic Boost vision is a track and field media landscape where those covering the sport reflect and resemble the athletes competing in the stadium: youthful, diverse, and innovative.

The program aims to revolutionize how the stories of track and field and its elite athletes are told, where they are told, and by whom they are told. This is accomplished through virtual and in-person exposure to industry experts and leaders as well as on-the-ground access at competitions across the United States and around the world. These opportunities provide young professionals with real-world experiences upon which to build their careers.
