Just a few days ago, famous Youtube vlogger Casey Neistat shared a video expressing his love for running.
It was a well-shot video and it was filled with some Prefontaine quotes so our own Ryan Sterner took it upon himself to show you what running is actually about and what running in Los Angeles is like.
