The Monaco Diamond League, also known as The Herculis, will be held at the Stade Louis II in Fontvieille on July 21. The meet will host eight men’s and six women’s diamond league events. Many athletes competing at the World Championships in August will be making a stop in Monaco as their final preparation before taking on the biggest meet of the year.
You can find our full preview of the meet here. A few athletes and events to watch for include:
– Seven of the athletes entered in the men’s 800m have already run under 1:44 this year.
– Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone will be taking another crack at the flat 400m after winning USAs in a personal best of 48.74.
– In the men’s 5000m, Berihu Aregawi will be headlining the race with a personal best and world-leading time of 12:40.45.
– Faith Kipygeon will take on the mile after setting the world record in the 1500m earlier this season. Jessica Hull and Nikki Hiltz are also entered in the mile and hold season’s bests of 4:18 for the distance.
– Karsten Warholm will look to lower his season's best of 46.52 in the men’s 400m hurdles.

Time: Events begin at 2:00 p.m. ET.
Live Stream: You will be able to stream the meet on Peacock and Watch Athletics. You can also watch the meet on the Diamond League YouTube channel with a VPN. The event will re-air on CNBC on July 22 at 1 p.m. ET.
Television: It does not appear that the meet will be televised live in the United States.
