If you’re a running human that has access to the internet and likes food, you probably have your favorite food accounts to follow. These are some of the best runner-specific food blogs to follow so you don’t end up eating the same tacos and spaghetti every night.
Running on Real Food
If the best way to eat a sweet potato isn’t by covering it in peanut butter and berries, then I don’t know how I would even begin to end this sentence. Running on Real Food provides lots of ideas for breakfast bars, desserts, and other things that we all love.
The Runner’s Kitchen by Shalaya Kipp
Shalaya is an Olympian, scientist and chef mastermind. If you want to know what she eats after her 15 mile long runs, this is the place to go. Her Instagram is filled with post-Sunday Long Run food porn.
Fannetastic food
Anne, of Fannetasticfood, is a registered dietician and runner that provides healthy recipes and nutrition tips for runners. She has actually has a book about nutrition for runners. It’s called Nutrition for Runners. Go figure!
Running On Veggies
Running On Veggies has been around for a few years, providing recipes on her blog/Instagram, but also cooking at triathlon retreats, running camps and other IRL events. Follow for easy healthy desserts, protein-packed dinners and on-the-go type snacks for athletes (mostly all gluten and dairy free).

Running Vegan NYC is food and running blogger sharing vegan recipes including a lot of amazing pictures of toast and sweet potatoes.
