Sandy Roberts, who recently ran 4:43 in denim miles, shares his tips on how to run a proper blue jeans mile.

- The big key is you have to remember that your knee lift will not be the same as your regular running. You have to keep that in mind.
- Hop in there and act like you belong. Yes, you have some restrictions. Yes, it may be uncomfortable. The reality is that you want to ball out in jeans.
