For this episode, we welcome Allie Wilson to More Than Running. Allie is a member of the Atlanta Track Club and a graduate of Monmouth University. This season, Allie has been on a tear in the 800m and recently ran the World Championship standard with a 1:58.18 at Sound Running’s Track Meet on May 12th. Allie gave everything she had a went a bit *viral* when she fell at the finish line just before the finish line tape.
Allie’s positivity and team-oriented nature are infectious and this episode had me smiling the whole time. Allie’s attitude toward running and recovering after multiple injuries is one we could all take some notes from.
