– "Today will be a tough one. It’s never easy hearing and seeing these things, especially when it’s someone you know. Tori, you were an amazing person both on and off the track. I am sorry. I can only hope that your heart was in the right place before you left from here! I have to share this funny story. When Tori first turned pro, she, myself and Isaiah Young were over in Italy. Tori was like “Man, where y’all going next?” — with the deepest accent you can imagine 😂. I was like no, you tell us where you’re going. She said muh-nah-co (that’s how it sounded). I looked at Isaiah and said “Huh”…. She was like “Here look at my schedule”. I took the paper… it was MONACO 🇲🇨 😝. In unison, Isaiah and I said THATS MONACO TORI 😂. I have only said Monaco her way since and that was years ago! It won’t change now! Rest Well Tori! My prayers and deepest condolences to the family and all those affected by this tragedy!" – Manteo Mitchell
